Galaxy S10 phones receive a subtle launch date confirmation from Samsung #Unpacked
Samsung Electronics is going all in this year with its premium Galaxy S smartphone series, as the company is celebrating 10 years since it started selling such handsets with Android mobile operating system.
Galaxy S10 phones are coming earlier than expected
Earlier today Samsung begin sending out press invites announcing its Unpacked event schedule for February 20, in San Francisco. An event where we expect to see unveiled theGalaxy S9 successor. The event is oddly scheduled a week ahead of Mobile World Congress 2019 debut (which takes place annually in Barcelona). Usually, Samsung launches new such smartphones during MWC or a couple of weeks after. We are guessing they are cooking up something big for their 10th anniverssary.
The rumour has it that Samsung will be announcing at least three Galaxy S10 smartphones in San Francisco with significant design changes : the standard S10, theGalaxy S10 Plus and a Galaxy S10 E with flat screen. In the rumours is also theGalaxy F /Galaxy X prototype with a flexible / foldable screen and body.
The press invite send out by Samsung clearly hints at the Galaxy S10 series, we』ll have to wait and see what Samsung has in stored for us at its Unpacked event. Samsung could also launch a Galaxy S10 5G variant later this Spring equipped with Qualcomm』s Snapdragon 855 / new Exynos 9 series chipset.
What do you think it hints at the 10 figure half in black, half in white colour. Is it the new in-display camera, or the new in-display fingerprint sensor that』s been in the rumpurs for a few months now?
